Seamus has managed payments and cash management solutions for multinational corporations and financial institutions. At regulated Fin-tech businesses, he first led development and commercialisation of a supply chain finance product and then operational transformation at a merchant acquirer.
His specialities are design, development and business process re-engineering for financial services, primarily related to payments and working capital management.For most of his career, he managed innovation and change in complex, multi-jurisdiction environments such as J.P. Morgan, Price Water house Coopers and Exxon.
His ability to translate complex business needs for technologists, and vice-versa, was crucial for initiatives to change organisations in multiple countries, manage projects in various industries and drive the development of technology across global teams.In his spare time, he volunteers as Treasurer for the local school’s Parent-Teacher Association and the local rugby club.
